Latin music sensation Jennifer Peña has officially shared the cover art and release date for her long-awaited comeback album, Superación, igniting excitement among fans around the world. The multi-award-winning singer revealed the news on social media, along with a heartfelt message that captured her journey of growth and resilience.
“I’ve changed. I have evolved. I am over it. And I will continue to do so no matter how hard it gets,” Peña wrote. “Because I can—because I am strong. I do and I will do it for myself, for my children, for my fans. Can’t wait for you all to hear it! I hope you love it!”
Set for release on October 31, Superación marks Peña’s first studio album since Dicen Que El Tiempo in 2007. Her return to music began in 2023 after a 16-year hiatus during which she focused on raising her family. Since reigniting her musical career, she’s reintroduced her signature sound through the emotional ballad “Atada,” the fiery cumbia-pop anthem “Wakala,” and her powerful comeback single “Fuerte.”
Known worldwide as the “Princess of Tejano,” Jennifer Peña’s influence spans generations. From her early days with Jennifer y Los Jetz to timeless hits like “El Dolor de Tu Presencia,” “Abrázame y Bésame,” and “Hasta el Fin del Mundo,” Peña has sold over 10 million records and earned both GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY nominations.
As Peña prepares to release Superación, she’s also hitting the road with her highly anticipated El Camino Tour, kicking off October 18 in Houston and continuing November 25 in Odessa. Fans across Texas will have multiple opportunities to see her live, with additional shows in Midland, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. The tour will expand nationally in 2026, with stops in Florida, Phoenix, and Los Angeles.
With Superación, Jennifer Peña is redefining what it means to rise, evolve, and inspire through music. Her journey—marked by personal growth, artistic evolution, and unwavering dedication—proves that her reign as one of Tejano’s most beloved voices is far from over.
