The Texas Conjunto Music Hall of Fame & Museum has officially announced the 21st Annual Induction Dinner & Awards Ceremony, set for Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Veteran’s Memorial Academy in San Benito, Texas. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner served at 6:00 p.m., followed by the formal induction ceremony. Tickets are $30 per person and include dinner and event access.
This year’s honorees include a distinguished group of conjunto pioneers and cultural icons: Freddie Martinez, Lupe Niño, Bobby Salinas, Placido Salazar, Jose Moreno, and Samuel G. Ramos, Sr. Each inductee has made lasting contributions to the evolution and preservation of conjunto music, a genre deeply rooted in South Texas culture.
The evening will feature live performances by Joe Pearl, Zeth Lara & Emiliano Gamboa, along with special guest artists Hilda Lamas and Alizé Niño, offering a night filled with heartfelt tributes and classic conjunto sounds.
Now in its third decade, the Texas Conjunto Music Hall of Fame & Museum continues to honor the legends who have shaped the genre, while fostering a strong sense of community and tradition.
