Laredo, Texas nativeCindy Ramosis balancing being a wife, teacher, and musician. She is a third-grade teacher and excitedly states she is happy to be back in the classroom after having a year and a half away due to the pandemic.

The singer’s summer was spent recording and performances all over Texas. She is currently learning to play the accordion and appreciates everyone’s patience.

Inspired to sing Tejano at the young age of 15, Cindy’s uncle,Gilberto Rodriguez, educated her on background vocals and writing songs. Another mentor was her father, he would play Conjunto at family BBQs, songs from Tony De La Rosa, Ruben Vela, etc. Her love for Conjunto music grew with this influence and now she truly appreciates it.
