Culturas, the iconic Tejano group, has released their second single, “Regalo de Amor”, from their comeback album 92/24. This powerful progressive Tejano ranchera is a testament to the group’s enduring talent and their ability to touch hearts through music.

The song was penned by Delia Gonzales, a member of the group, who has a deeply personal connection to the song. In 2008, Delia underwent a kidney transplant, and her close friend Emma Martinez was a match and became her kidney donor. The experience was life-changing for both women and inspired the creation of “Regalo de Amor”.

Delia commented, “‘Regalo de Amor’ is a song inspired by the love and appreciation I have for my friend Emma.” The song is a beautiful tribute to their friendship and the gift of life that Emma gave to Delia. It’s a reminder of the power of love, friendship, and resilience in the face of adversity.
